Repair and Overhaul
We handle repairs and warranty services from all leading manufacturers.
The process is simple: You report your defective device to your field/internal sales advisor using the form or come to our specialist store with your defective device. We take care of the processing through the manufacturer and clarify the legal warranty for you. If there is a warranty claim, your device will be repaired immediately without a cost estimate. If there is no longer a warranty claim or the claim is not justified (e.g. due to improper use, damage from external influences or foreign objects, wear or use of force), you will receive a cost estimate from us. After your approval, we will commission the repair.
For warranty services for items that were not purchased from us, we reserve the right to charge a processing fee of € 29.95 including VAT.
Cost Transparency
We will provide you with a binding cost estimate for the service to be provided free of charge in advance.
The repair costs are calculated exclusively on the basis of actual expenditure. This guarantees maximum cost transparency for our services.
Warranty
Every repaired machine is tested by us for function and electrical safety. We give you a guarantee of 6 months for the repair services we provide. If a repair of your machine is no longer possible or uneconomical, we will make you an attractive offer for a new machine.
